• Production lead time:
  • Standard orders (no complex customization): 25-35 days after order confirmation and deposit receipt.
  • Customized orders (new mold/design): 35-45 days (including 7-10 days for sample confirmation).
• Shipping options:
  • Sea freight (FCL/LCL): Most cost-effective for bulk orders, 25-40 days to major ports (e.g., Los Angeles, Hamburg, Singapore).
  • Air freight: Fast delivery (5-7 days), suitable for urgent orders or small batches, higher cost.
  • Express shipping (DHL/FedEx): 3-5 days door-to-door, for samples or small urgent shipments.
• We work with reliable freight forwarders and can arrange shipping to your designated port/address, providing full shipping documents (commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading).

1. Incoming material inspection: 100% check of fabrics, filling and accessories (e.g., eyes, buttons) for compliance with safety standards; reject non-conforming materials.
2. In-process inspection: QC team randomly checks 10% of semi-finished products daily (e.g., stitching strength, filling uniformity, accessory fixation).
3. Final inspection: Before packaging, 20% of finished products are inspected for appearance, size, safety (e.g., pull test for small parts) and function (if with sound/movement features).
4. Pre-shipment inspection (PSI): A third-party lab (or your appointed inspector) can conduct full inspection before shipment; we only ship products that pass all QC checks.

• We also provide a quality guarantee: If non-conforming products are found due to our production issues, we will replace them free of charge or refund the corresponding amount.

Pricing and payment terms are transparent and flexible:
Pricing: Quoted based on order quantity, customization complexity, material and size (FOB China port price by default). Larger orders (≥5000 pieces per design) enjoy volume discounts.
Payment terms:
T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment or copy of B/L.
Price validity: 30 days from the quote date (subject to material price fluctuations).
